A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and Temasek Polytechnic (TP) on 29, November 2010.  The main aim of the MOU is to seed and encourage projects that will yield improvements and breakthroughs in the use of fuel cell and other technologies applicable to maritime industry. The projects will focus on research, development, test-bedding and eventual commercialisation of fuel cell applications and other technologies for the maritime industry.

SBF-TP Clean Energy Test-bedding Community (CETC)

A collaboration formalized in 20 Jan 2009, with Singapore Business Federation (SBF) to drive the adoption of Fuel Cell and Clean Energy Technologies. This is an initiative jointly established by SBF and TP to complement the effort of the SBF Clean Energy Business Group (CEBG) and the Singapore Fuel Cell Community (FCC) hosted by TP. Supported by Economic Development Board (EDB), CETC is targeted at business and technological cooperation to test bed and pilot Fuel Cell (FC) and other Clean Energy Technologies (CET) and applications for adoption.
