Scope of works for AFM is as follows

AFM is responsible for the assigned ownership of 7 schools to manage.
Manage and control term contractors of Building, Turf & Plant, M&E, Pest Control, Cleaning and Security.
Visit every school at least twice a week to liaise with Operation Managers (OM) on estate matters and assist in coordinating minor improvement works.
Undertake periodic supervision and certify works executed by term contractors.
Undertake audits and complete inspection checklist with the endorsement by OM
Carry out inspection to identity breakdown in schools and diagnosis of faults.
Attend to emergency and switching and commissioning operations by the relevant authority.

Artist / Senior Artist Requirements

Working closely with the Lead Artist, the artists’ role is to contribute to all elements related to the creation of game graphic assets. He/she will be expected to perform the role with the professionalism to create graphics of exceptional quality, on time and on target.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in drawing
• Good colour sense•Proficient in Photoshop
• Proficient in 3D Max/Maya or equivalent software
• Prior game industrial experience in related roles will be considered for senior positions

As a game designer in Gevo, responsibilities include coming up with game designs, scoring and rules systems, game-play balancing and game stories. The ideal candidate is passionate about games, regardless of genre and platform, and always has a new idea on tip of his/her tongue.
