These certifications are ‘must-have’s should you aim to secure a job in the facility management (FM) industry as a FM professional. It may also help boost your starting salary.

^#1. Facility and Management Professional (FMP) certification from International Facility Management Association (IFMA), United States based and internationally recognized certification.

^2. Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification from Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).

*3. Business Continuity Management (BCM) certification from Business Continuity Management Institute (BCMI).

*4. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI), United States based and internationally recognized certification.
