Another Degree programme offered by NTU (http://www3.ntu.edu.sg/eee/iem/default.asp) for Diploma in Info-communications graduates.

This new multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary degree programme aims:

• To train professional Infocomm engineers with strong technical skills to meet the projected demand for Infocomm manpower.

• To expose engineers to the artistic and creative processes and equip them with a deeper understanding of the needs of the growing Media industry.

• To provide a comprehensive and broad-based education as part of the new undergraduate experience to meet the demand of today’s fast changing world.

Graduates of Diploma in Info-communications may be granted selective exemptions from the first year programme and even gain direct entry to the second year if they graduated with Merit.

Graduates of Diploma in Info-Communications in higher education

Many graduates of this diploma have gained admission to local and overseas universities, and those with a Grade ‘B’ average or above can usually obtain credit exemption from a relevant degree programme (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, IT & Communications at NTU).
