The aim of this project was develop a Windows application that can do enrollment and verification of a foreign worker’s identity, by checking the work permits via on-card fingerprint authentication.

In addition, the project provides the assurance of verification of identity of the foreign worker for the homeowners and the authorized Housing Agencies.

This was a collaborration project with A-Star Bioinformatics Institute.

Key Features

• Enrols the foreign worker’s fingerprint and the particular into the smart card work permit
• Broadcasts foreign worker’s basic information through Web Service
• Checks the work permits via on-card fingerprint authentication
• Generates a three parties contract of agreement to be signed by homeowner, foreign worker and authorized Housing Agents.
