Temasek Engineering School (ENG) provides a range of industry related services. Through a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated staff in the various fields of engineering, the School provides technical consultancy services and also works on collaboration projects.

Our Competency Units (CU) are well-equiped to meet the industry's needs. Our staff, who have competency in various areas, will be pleased to work closely with you.

Facility Design & Management Competency Unit

Facility management of integrated resorts, hospitality and tourism facilities with the aim of improving the processes involved in the development, operation & management of such facilities. Issues examined include environmental sustainability, operational efficiency, space planning & management, and the management of strategic services that support the goals and objectives of an organisation.

•Environmental sustainability technology focuses on the environmental performance of the built facilities from design to development to occupation stage.

•Management of strategic services that enhance the operational efficiency and competitiveness of an organisation

•Qualitative assessment of performance of built facilities in relation to orgainisation goals and objectives.

EN24-1-57Intelligent Systems Competency Unit

Embedded system applications with digital/analog and electro-mechanical interfacing.

Wireless Sensor Network Embedded System

Competition orientated:  TKK, RoboGP, Innovation projects and SRG.

SRG categories include: Legged Marathon, Legged Obstacle, Robot Sumo, Gladiator, Robot Colony, Pole Balancing and Intelligent Robot Challenge

The mission of RACU competency unit is to develop capabilities and applied research in robotic technologies relevant to industry needs. RACU specializes in the research and development of new concepts in the hardware, firmware and software of mobile robotics.
