University of Queensland Scholarship Award

In December 2004, Ms Gladys Sim ShiPei was awarded a University of Queensland Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (UQ ITEE) Singapore Scholarship 2004-5. Gladys graduated from Temasek Engineering School, Diploma in Electronics, in AY 2001/2002.  The UQ ITEE Singapore Scholarship is a prestigious award and is only granted to students with outstanding Grade Point Averages. With this award, Gladys has since enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program in UQ with a 2-year full tuition fee waiver.

According to The University of Queensland, “Ms Sim is a credit to Temasek Polytechnic and The University of Queensland is proud to have her as a student. Her academic success is a reflection of the mutual commitment our institutions have to higher education.”
