| Purpose: | This lab provides Free Access facilities to all students taking Edraw in the current Quarter/Term/Semester. |

Lab operation hours may be extended from 1800hr to 2200hr for free access. Please refer to the notice board of the lab. |
In the event of session cancellation due to maintenance or emergency reasons, notices will be pasted outside the lab to keep students informed, at the earliest possible time.
Rules and Regulation for using the lab:
Students are:
- Required to sign in and sign out on the SIGN IN/SIGN OUT form provided before and after using the lab.
- Allowed to use any workstation in of the lab.
- Required to bring their matriculation card for identification during the free access lab session and produce their matriculation card to the Technical Support Officer or Lecturer in-charge
- of the lab if necessary.
- Responsible for the lab facilities during the lab access session. Lab facilities include the furniture, computers, computer accessories and tools in the lab. Any damages or losses, prior to signing in, should be reported to the Technical Support Officer in charge of the lab immediately. Otherwise, students will be held responsible once they have logged in.
- Not allowed to visit porno sites, download of unauthorized software and unrelated material such as games & MP3 files etc.
- Not permitted to play Computer games.
- Not allowed to copy illegal software from workstations.
- Expected to maintain good housekeeping at all time in the lab. They should tidy their work area before leaving the lab at the end of the lab access session.
- Required to be properly attired with reference to TP’s student dress codes. Information on the dress code can be obtained from the web-site: http://www.tp.edu.sg/admin/ss/ro/dress.htm
- Expected to adhere to all the Rules and Regulations, as well as Safety Rules, published in the Student Handbook in this lab.
- Reminded that Technical Support Officer reserves the right to disallow any student from using the lab facility if he/she infringes any of the Rules and Regulations stipulated or behaves in a manner that is deemed inappropriate.
How to book the lab?
- Booking of Free Access usage is not required and would be on “First Come, First Serve Basis”.
- Free access availability is based on the free time slot of the timetable scheduled.
- At the end of the Free Access session, every student need to logoff the workstation and switch off the monitor.
- Priority will be given to Lecturer’s booking for make up lab sessions, and TSO’s booking for setting-up labs or lab maintenance.
